1. $ 200 (US) for honorary membership (anybody who has no specific lung cancer competence, but is interested in the activity of the group)
2. $ 100 (US) for ordinary membership (anybody who has no specific lung cancer competence, but is interested in the activity of the group)
3. $ 30 (US) for professional membership (doctors or other health care personnel with specific lung cancer competence).
